BIO

Rachel combines all the benefits of a skilled massage therapist and an intensive (and ever-growing) understanding of movement with intuitive touch and passion for her clients – allowing her to approach issues from different angles and incorporate multiple approaches. This foundation gives people the results and education to improve how they move, feel and perform -- allowing them to get back to doing what they love, better.

“I knew I wanted to be a massage therapist at 13 - learning at a young age the gratification that comes from helping someone feel better. That has since grown into a love of pushing the boundaries on what I’m expected to know in movement, rehab, body work, nervous system regulation, performance, recovery, and nutrition; helping people who have become advocates of their own health and are looking to thrive.

I love the excitement of people realizing that feeling better is in their own hands and giving them resources, information and guidance to do so. Pain and discomforted mental states are merely signals from the body to do something different - it’s about listening, learning how to interpret those signals and figuring out what changes best support an optimized system. I frequently get asked how I describe what I do - it’s work in progress… therapeutic massage therapist + rehab specialist + breath work enthusiast + gut/brain connection advocate who emphasizes self care, your health in your hands, a balanced nervous system and connection. Whatever you want to call it… I just like solving puzzles.” - Rachel
