Her understanding of movement systems in various sports allows her to hone in on areas with intuitive expertise, truly tailoring the “sports massage” you’re receiving to match not just your sport but you as an athlete with your current (and future) goals.

I’m a professional cyclist and I tend to have a lot of back issues from spending so much time in an unnatural position, without her I know I’d be much worse off than I am. ... She’s very cognizant of the human body and knows which muscles are tight, firing improperly and gets into the troubled areas that need so much attention.

Overview

Relief from pain comes from an approach that works toward the root cause and being able to understand the body as a whole.

You can expect sessions catered to your results that incorporate Myofascial release, trigger point, joint mobility and stability and an approach that is geared towards getting muscles and joints moving and working together more efficiently to eliminate pain LONG TERM. All the while learning the ins and outs of why these things work and how to implement them on your own.

I had whiplash and was in a lot pain with minimal range of motion in my neck, shoulders and jaw. Her massages and muscle rehab really helped with my recovery. She will put you in some funny poses - but they work if you do what she tells you do to do!
